The Doing Well Centre

From Leadership to Legacy

Singapore-based. Globally Available.

Founded by Jason Leow and Dr. Justin Chin, The Doing Well Centre integrates ICF-aligned coaching with strategic advisory expertise to support both personal evolution and organizational transformation.

We operate two key practices - The Doing Well Centre, focusing on coaching and organizational consulting, and The Quiet Counsel, providing CEO advisory and strategic communications.

We are advisors and discreet coaches who see ourselves as partners to executives, not third-party vendors or an agency. We work discreetly and selectively.

We bring deep, real-world understanding of leadership and complexity, having worked in Shell, GIC, the Government of Singapore, Merck, AstraZeneca, Bayer, AECOM, Dow Jones and the Singapore Press Holdings.

We have lived and worked in the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Taiwan, the Philippines and Singapore. We are Singapore-based, and globally available.

We help leaders and professionals navigate pivotal transitions — those that shape not just careers, but also character, culture, and legacy. Our goal is to equip leaders with clarity, resilience, and the foresight to take their next step — into a new role, a deeper purpose, or toward a lasting impact.
